Delicious breakfast, MARVELLOUS location, loyal personnel. The host is friendly. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

The staff were great and the good breakfast was provided. Just several blocks from paignton harbour and other tourist spots. Walking to a train station from Rosemead Guest House was easy.
Cannot find any fault.
